What are ASB weekend trips?

Good question! ASB weekend trips allow us to help local community partners, as well as make volunteering more accessible for the MSU community. Weekend trips offer the same rewarding experience as a spring or winter break trip, but with a shorter time commitment and modest price. Participants pay $25 for weekend trips, which goes toward housing, food and transportation costs. Sign up for our newsletter to stay in the loop on upcoming weekend trips!

Spring 2017:

Weekend of April 8-9th

Fowler Center

The Fowler is a year round camp for children and adults with developmental disabilities and special needs.  Their main focus is for campers to have the ability to have outdoor learning experiences, evaluating their physical, cognitive, and psychological abilities and removing barriers where possible.  On this trip, participants will have the opportunity to spend time with campers, help with spring cleaning, and do kitchen prep for meals.
