Sidney Stewart, Co-President of Service

Hi! My name is Sidney Stewart, I’m a Senior studying psychology and graduating in the Spring. I’m currently serving as the Co-President of Service. I’ve been able to go on two experiences so far focusing on environmental and sustainability. Each experience has changed me as a person and I hope you have a similar experience. Leti Fornara, Vice President of External Communications

Hi everyone! My name is Leti and I’m VP external. I’m a senior majoring in biochemistry and molecular biology. I was one of the trip leaders for the international trip to Cost Rica. I loved learning about a new culture and eating the delicious food while helping the community. I am so grateful for this experiences and for all the friendships through ASB. I’m really excited to be on the leadership team and I hope you join us on a trip!

Hi there! My name is Eliana Tranel and I’m a junior studying Social Relations and Policy and Educational Studies. As a Site Leader Chair in ASB, I am not only meeting so many wonderful likeminded people, but I am also furthering my career through personal and professional connections throughout the country. Addy Walia, Accounting Chair

Hey! I’m Addy and I am a junior majoring in Microbiology and Human biology. I am also minoring in business as well to hopefully pursue a DO/MBA through MSU COM! I was a participant in the Atlanta trip this year working with refugees and it was an extremely eye opening experience! With this meaningful opportunity presented to me, I decided to step up and assist the finance team so that more significant and amazing trips are possible!

Kendall Stone, Events Chair

Hello! My name is Kendall and I am currently a senior studying Psychology and Leadership of Organizations. I completely fell in love with the organization after my first experience with ASB and decided to get more involved as the Events Chair. Volunteering is something that is so near and dear to me and ASB is the perfect outlet for me to volunteer on a wider scale.

Alex Stevens, Co-President of Communications

Hi everyone! My name is Alex, and I am a senior studying genomics and molecular genetics and Human bio in Lyman Briggs. This year I will be the Co-President of Communications! This is my third year in ASB, and I was previously the VP of Internal Communications. I am passional about social justice and advocacy surrounding social issues, so I am excited to incorporate those more into our experiences this year. My advice to perspective breakers it to just go for it! ASB is an amazing experience and truly life changing.

Emilia Puda, Vice President of Education

Hi! My name is Emilia Puda and I’m a senior studying neuroscience. I spend most of my time reading, hanging out with friends and family, and studying. I loved my ASB trip over spring break to Louisiana. The people I met on the trip were tons of fun and the service work we did felt so impactful. This year, I am the Vice President of Education for ASB and I can’t wait to start! Joining ASB was one of the best decisions I made. Hi! My name is Haley Banks, and I am a senior studying Human Biology and Psychology on the pre-dental pathway. I was a site leader for the KY trip this past spring break. Gabriella Alberganti, Outreach Chair

Hi everyone! I am a junior with a double major in Human Biology and Nutritional Sciences! I plan to go to PA school in the future. I studied abroad in Madrid and Florence this summer with the Global Food Systems and Health program and I had the time of my life! I have been apart of 2 weekend trips with ASB and was lucky to site lead for both trips. I love traveling, learning, and I am a major foodie! This is my first year as outreach chair and I am so excited to contribute to the ASB leadership team!

Erin Thomas, Fundraising Chair

Hey! My name is Erin and I am a senior majoring in Physiology with a minor in Bioethics. I participated in the spring weekend trip ‘23 as a site leader and instantly fell in love with ASB’s mission. Being immersed in an environment that emphasizes social justice has fostered a deep appreciation for volunteering within me. Can’t wait to connect with everyone and work towards making meaningful changes!

Hari Ramakrishnan, Vice President of Finance

Whatssup! My name is Hari and I’m a junior majoring in physiology. I went on a spring break ASB trip to volunteer at the Council of Aging to help build wheelchair ramps for seniors with accessibility issues. I made some really great friends and found a social cause that I am passionate about. This is one of my “core college memories” and is an experience I’d recommend to everyone which is why I joined the E-board to help continue to improve ASB. This is my first year as VP of Finance and I’m excited to get rolling!

Anna Dunnebacke, Vice President of Internal Communications

Hi! My name is Anna and I am a senior with a double major in Forestry and Fisheries & Wildlife. I love spending time outside, traveling, hanging out with friends, and learning about forest ecology and conservation! I’ve climbed the ladder in ASB from participant to site leader to now VP of internal communications, and I’m really excited to play a part in offering the same amazing experiences I had to others! I’ve made lots of friends through this program, and started to explore a passion I never thought I would have the opportunity to. There’s an experience for everyone here, and we hope you join us!

Hey my name is Youdit! I am a junior studying genetics and molecular genomics. I spent my last spring break volunteering with ASB.
