Trip Payment Policies

  • All participants and site leaders are required to pay a non-refundable $85 deposit upon acceptance on an alternative break.
  • Alternative Spartan Breaks reserves the right to grant all other payment refunds (excluding trip deposits) on a case-by-case basis.  If you would like to request a refund after dropping from a trip, please fill out this Google Form.
  • Payments are accepted only through the Alternative Spartan Breaks online store, accessible here by linking one’s credit / debit card or checking / saving account information.  Checks or money orders are not accepted for trip payments.
  • Failure to submit payments on time will place participants under review; if a different payment plan is necessary due to financial reasons please contact the finance team.
  • Alternative Spartan Breaks reserves the right to drop participants or site leaders for missing payment deadlines.
